Sugar Cloud Collective: Standing in Solidarity with Palestine

In a world that often seems content to turn a blind eye to injustice, Sugar Cloud Collective stands in unwavering solidarity with the people of Palestine. As a queer-owned cooperative, we firmly believe that queer liberation is intertwined with the liberation of all marginalized groups, and we commit to using our platform to amplify the voices of those silenced and to advocate for a world where all people can live freely and with dignity.

We are deeply moved by the resilience and determination of the Palestinian people, who continue to resist despite the immense challenges they face. Their unwavering spirit inspires us to continue our efforts to provide aid and support to those affected by the ongoing conflict.

As a concrete step towards this goal, we are pleased to announce that Sugar Cloud Collective will be donating 25% of all profits to the prStrovision of electronic SIM cards for the people of Gaza. These SIM cards will provide essential communication links, enabling the people of Gaza to stay connected with loved ones, access vital information, and participate in the global community.

We believe that this initiative is a crucial step in alleviating the suffering of the Palestinian people and empowering them to continue their fight for freedom. We encourage all those who share our values to join us in supporting this important cause.

In addition to our financial contributions, we are also committed to raising awareness about the Palestinian struggle and advocating for an end to the occupation. We believe that the international community has a moral obligation to stand with the people of Palestine and to work towards a just and lasting peace.

Boycott Black Friday

In recent weeks, there has been a growing call to boycott Black Friday in an effort to move money from the government back to local communities and support pro-Palestinian aid. This boycott involves avoiding big businesses and instead shopping with small businesses and artists, trading, and bartering.

Sugar Cloud Collective's Commitment to Supporting Pro-Palestinian Aid

We believe that as a cooperative focused on uplifting community, Sugar Cloud Collective has the unique privilege and obligation to participate. Starting today, 25% of all proceeds will go towards donating electronic sims to the people in Gaza. These ESims will help to keep the people of Gaza connected to the outside world, as they have been enduring rolling internet blackouts in Israel's efforts to cut off their communication.

We understand that no other aid is getting into Gaza at this time, so buying electronic SIM cards and donating them is the biggest form of action we can take. In addition, we are committed to sourcing raw materials directly from more artists in our community.

The Importance of Building Momentum for the Free Palestine Movement

As the international call for action states, "There is a growing global movement for a Free Palestine." Across the world, millions of people are engaging in demonstrations and organizing major marches in solidarity with Palestine. Our demands for a PERMANENT ceasefire, and lifting the siege on Gaza have broader support than ever.
